Three year-olds are curious learners but still very cautious. Social and emotional skills make up a very important component of the curriculum. Separation, learning to share, taking turns, and playing cooperatively with peers, are all important to a three-year olds development.
3 year-olds love to touch everything around them and explore the world through five senses. This hands on approach is developmentally appropriate for all children.
Incidental learning occurs as the teachers facilitate lessons and activities in all areas of development: fine motor, gross motor, language, social-emotional, and cognitive skills.
